Ciro joined the Netology team in 2006 and has grown into the role of Managed Services Supervisor. He spends the majority of his time monitoring, scheduling maintenance, and delivering automated application installs to Netology’s clients using Kaseya software. He has recently attended Kaseya boot-camp training and is constantly researching MS Windows security news groups. Ciro manages all of the automated services that are included under Netology’s Managed Service & Support Plans and is an expert in data center installation, design and management.
