Gladston joined Netology in January 2012.

As the Director of Managed Services & Support, Gladston’s main focus is leading Netology’s Engineering and Support team. He is also playing a big role in the development of Netology’s overall business strategy which includes budgetary planning and control, process redesign, and change management.

Gladston earned an MS in Telecommunications in 2002 from Iona College. His many accomplishments include the accumulation of technical skills with both hardware and software and professional skills that will allow him to provide visionary direction in areas of strategic planning, organizational leadership and much more. His addition to the Netology team will allow the business to be more proactive in dealing with the IT challenges that its clients are facing today.
